first week

The first week after i start my fitness plan...
Really having a hard time in gaining my weight!!!
First I thought that the training section is the hardest part,
later on my trainer told me "yong,you just have to put on some weight~"
that's the reason why i need to make sure my lunch and dinner should have a big portion of protein(meat),protein and protein...
+ smaller portion of carbohydrate and fiber
it's already a week and i can feel that i'm eating more and more
but the problem is,i didn't seems get any fats...=="

food and energy,where have you gone after getting into my stomach...
